Lingcod have moved into shallow water and are now spawning, triggering some of the best action of the year. The spawn usually lasts around 8 weeks, so we expect hot action into May. We had three boats out and all got full limits of jumbo rockfish and a hot lingcod bite. 

Saturday was calm, but a big swell returned Sunday and is expected to last for a few days.
