Eric has some skill!

The lingcod fishing today was pretty good. Here is another nice one.

Here I am with a nice lingcod. I ended up getting limits of lings. Today I mainly fished with Jigs.

Another ling bites the dust.

Ding dog the ling is dead!

It wasn't the flattie we were looking for but it was a nice lingcod and AJ and Nathan sure seemed pretty happy about it.

Guess what we found lingering. Here's John Knoble with his first keeper ling. Way to go buddy!

Captain John put us on a wreck that produced some quality lings. I believe we threw back at least 10 shorties and kept one per angler. Here's Utah with his nice fish. We found out he was from Utah because when Captain John took his fish and asked "what's your number," Steven started giving his phone number..."801-396-XXXX." We had a blast and Utah was killing em' out there!

Here's Lee with a nice keeper!

Here's my fifth keeper of the year.

We had another spectacular day aboard the Sea Jay. Everyone on board walked away with a raffle prize from Fish Trap and Konezone. Pictured from left to right we have: Dave Sparhawk, John Knoble Jr., Homan Khaki, Ryan Gamble, Steven Utah Montgomery, and the infamous Scott Tate with the jackpot fish of the day.

Armin with a beautiful Ling.

John slammed this Ling and couldn't wait to drop back down for another!

Here's one for Poland!

Nice Ling Louie! Hey, don't let that guy punch your fish!

Armin won the Jackpot with this nice Lingcod. Congratulations buddy!

Heidi had a hot stick on this trip! Here she is with a keeper Ling.

Here's Gene with a nice Ling!

Here Deckhand Marisa checks the length of one of our 6 keeper Lings we nailed at the Farallons. Another quick kudos to the crew of the New Seeker - besides always being there, these guys were fun, knowledgeable and really easy to work with. I appreciated their helping this SoCal fisherman acclimate to the Northern California fishing community.

Limits on the Lings. One was 6lbs and the larger of the two was 12lbs
